Formed in Americana - SP, 2007. Berate was formed in December, 2007 at the countryside of São Paulo and now are ready to step into the underground scenery to show their work, fusing elements from aggressive and intense styles of music, such as hardcore and thrash metal. And to make a perfect match, Berate talks about violence, human conflicts, politics and other issues that surround the human being. The influences are from bands like Sepultura, Pantera, Slayer, Machine Head in the thrash metal vein, Hatebreed, Madball, Throwdown from hardcore and many others, for example Meshuggah, Fear Factory, Misery Index, etc.
