Formed in São Paulo, São
Paulo - 2006. A Band of San Paolo formed in February 2006 by Paul
(drummer) and Cauê (bass), in order to compose the basis of Thrash / Death
Metal. After two formations, the singer William has brought letters full of
fury and madness with issues related to war, in addition to vocal disturbing
that has helped strengthen the identity of the band. The last one was the
guitarist Marcondes that closed the current composition with his good worked
riffs. The Army of Agony has varied influences, including bands such as: Pantera,
Megadeth and Torture Squad, always trying to keep the roots in the metal. But,
always characterizing and innovate on their own songs. In the first EP, it can
be heard the good sound and aggression of the musics, as the tracks Die!
Battlefield makes also it identity. What identify the band is the flight
patterns of the style and freedom of creation in their work, which values the
compositions and highlights in the metal scene, for sure, opening a new front
between independent bands.
