Formed in Poa, Rio Grande do Sul -
1999. Like all bands of kids who start at two or three
friends, classmates from college, was born a band without compromise. With the
intent to have fun, learn to play instruments and play music from your favorite
bands. Still in primary school the band was assembled, even though its members
could play musical instruments, neither had them. I still remember to say
"- I'll buy one down, then I'll be the bassist." But finally, the
desire to play, learn, meet friends and friendship between them was greater at
any adversity. In the end, it was fun in the middle of 1998 and 1999, became a
band in 2001 and became a project in 2006. Much has happened during all these
years. Names were given to the band, presentations were made, friendships
forged and broken, demos were recorded many songs played and forgotten. After
nearly ten years, the lineup is virtually the same as the organizer. Thus,
after many years of work, he saw that he needed a reform, a key building block
needed. So in 2006 the band went through an overhaul, after adjusting his
training, he won a final name: Apex (celestial sphere where they are heading
the solar system, at about 20 km / s) and won a costume very visual. New songs
were composed, and other blended. Tested and recorded once and for all. The
proposed Project Apex, in addition to presenting something new to the national
rock scene, is to develop a serious and professional work, with the sole intention
of making good music and intelligent.
