AGAURES

Genre(s): Black Metal

Formed in Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais - 1998. Middle 1998 to 1999 End (f.c.) - Impious Birth and a Declined Icon: Agaures arose by the common concept union of Diaz M., Völker and Azper in 98's winter. Transposing the musical limits, D. Bruno (Kaphias' as Pappan - Drums), Astart (Guitars) and Lustheart (Bass) were invited to join this unholy circle and complete the first step of our journey. After many line-up changes, in the end of 99 the formation was defined with DiazM.(vocals), Völker (Synths), Azper (Guitars), D. Bruno (Drums), Mahafux (Guitars) and Malicious (Bass). Conflicts were temporarily resolved and by that time, the lascivious obscure art got its form. Chapter II) Early 2000 to its End (f.c.) - Surrounded by Obscure Shades: Keeping the past year line-up, the first live performance was made and had great response from the local public. A live video was recorded with Sarcasmo, Insurrection, Unholy Flames and Awake the Mighty Dragon. "Shadows of Eternity" opened many gates to Agaures ascension, and was the first registered appearance of the band, a night of graveless souls. The same rational anti-christianity concept and a constant sound evolution led the band to record the Reh-Dt "Obscure Shades". This artefact was only promoted between selected people, but the unexpected spread through underground scene brought us recognition and respect. Many gigs were done side by side of acclaimed Brazilian bands and the new vision from extreme music won space. More personal conflicts, Malicious left Agaures and Tenebrae joined the band as the new bassist. In the end of the same year, a new independent live material was completed: "Living Forms of Obscure Shades" was a compilation with old songs and covers showed in the honest potency of Agaures live frenzy. Chapter III) Early 2001 to its End (f.c.) - Into Construction of moral Deconstruction: The time was passing by and the extremism was still alive, but the line-up changes persisted: Fernando Ávila (Mahafux - Guitars) gave his position for Tenebrae and Malicious was back for session. This alignment got solid very fast and in the midwinter July the Debut album was recorded. It was called "Un-Virtue Vitae" and will be released through out Demise Records, an independent label from Brazil and respected all over the world. The gigs continued and Demogorgon replaced the basses extraordinarily, becoming an effective member. Unfortunately, in the late 2001 D. Bruno left the horde to play in another band, but the situation was necessary for singular musical increase of all Agaures musicians. Nothing could stop the high plenitude of this journey. Chapter IV) Early 2002 to its Middle (f.c.) - Un-Virtue Revelations: The seasons changed and Carnagium marks his entrance as Agaures drummer. The new influences are incorporated, the un-virtue concept became stronger. As aggressive as never, this chaotic phenomenon is the next unleash to dissolve all dogmatic and pathetic regressions (better shaped in ignorance and christianity). The (D)evilution shall be the next step. An evolutionary line against obsolete ideologies. Chapter V) Early 2003 to its Middle (f.c.) - Unleashed Evolution: After the official release of "UnVirtue Vitae" album, Carnagium and Demogorgon leave the horde - ideologic incompabillity was the cause. This problem brings a brief period of sound contention, solved when Xavier replaced the basses - a new breath for for the Agaures conceptual evolution. Later, after many other tests, Auad is integrated as the new drummer. The line-up is complete and the turbulent moment is cauterized. Slowly the circle closes and the subsequent material is architectured. Chapter VI). Brazillian Black Metal Horde [Unvirtue Vitae - The new concept]. The formation of the extra-contemporary concept of this first opus (progenitor of a deepest subsequecy), had its beginning in the man's liberation of himself and his potency. The deconstruction of morality's rusted streams and its "deformed virtues", shows a human been capable to cohabit with his own abysses, without figured limits than those moulded by his own desires and excesses. Individuality, the existence growth, impelled by pleasure of flesh and the certainty of rationalism, consist in the wished possible equilibrium of a necessary evolution.
