Formed in Bauru, São Paulo - 2007. Aces is a hard rock band formed in July 2007, in Bauru, in São Paulo by two brothers, Abner E. D. and Adam E. D, who joined the bassist Arley, also part of Brutal Factor and drummer Luke Days. Aiming to produce a remake of Hard Rock, put out of production nostalgic, typical of current bands that work with the same gender, the brothers E. D. created a daring musical project and soon realized they were capable of doing much more than covers. With that in September the same year, they released "Mr. Heart of Stone, "a ballad that mixes acoustic guitar with electric guitars, with which the group participated in the band contest" Cult in Music ", sponsored by Culture English language school. In it, the Aces have already noted, a fact that propelled the band to record two more songs, released in February 2008: "Rock & Roll Every Night and Day" and "Good memories do not fade away". At this time, the band's reputation across the Atlantic and landed in the blog Almada Portuguese Cultural Highlights section of Brazil. Moreover, the brothers E. D. made some pocket shows (in acoustic form), which warranted further impact the group's name. In July, the group performed at 1 Bariri Rock Festival, with the band closing the festival, organized by radio Usinadorock.com in partnership with the City of Bariri in the state of Sao Paulo, which aimed at the dissemination of independent bands. A month later, the band released another single, "Set me free," which has a remarkable riff opening the song right after the sound of a police siren. For the release of this single, the group produced a special show and also had the support of the mill radio rock, which released the song exclusively.
