ABSKE FIDES

Formed in São Paulo, São Paulo – 2003. Abske Fides is a band of Dark / Funeral Doom Metal, originally from Sao Paulo. The band was formed in 2003 by Nihil and Cokkhammer, when the predominant style was still Black Metal. Cokkhammer she decides to leave the band. Nihil invites K. (the death metal band Infamous Glory) to join the band. Nemesis is invited to take the vocals, and Turiacus (Currently M. Vag - Band Woodsmarch) guitars, but these do not remain long in the band. The band released the demo "Illness" independently, with Nihil (Guitars) and K. (Drums, Bass, Vocals) in its formation. The demo is limited to 99 copies. Later, the label "Misanthropic Gods Records' re-launches the demo version k7, limited to 100 copies, with some bonus tracks. Soon after launch, F. Cury is called to play guitar in the band. The formation is stabilized with:Nihil - Guitar, F. Cury - Guitars ,K. - Drums, Bass, Vocals. Because "Session Member" is called Necrophelinthron for recording synthesizers and violins. The band also has the help of Alex Witchfinder for the choice of song, ideas, creation of domains and contacts abroad. In early 2006 the band recorded the new demo "... Apart of the World." The demo is limited to 99 copies in Brazil alone version. The French label Ostra Records released the demo world. But this time limited to 300 copies. Current line-up: Nihil - Guitar, F. Cury - Guitars, K. - Drums, Bass, Vocals.

Thanatus (nowadays Nihil) – Guitars, K. - Drums, Bass and Vocals. Originally self-released in 2004 as cd-r handnumbered to 99. Misanthropic Gods Records (Brazil) released it on tape version in 2005, limited to 100 copies. Re-released by Cauterized Productions (Brazil) in 2008 as cd-r.
